Codependent Relationships
"I am constantly people-pleasing, have dysfunctional boundaries, and have very low self-esteem."
A relationship or marriage counselor can help identify these codependent tendencies.
Unhealthy boundaries lead to unhealthy codependent relationships. Co-dependency comes in subtle ways as you begin to lose your sense of identity and confidence in yourself, others, and the world.
You will learn to set healthy boundaries, apply assertiveness skills, increase self-confidence and sense of identity, and reduce ruminating thoughts.
